2-4) Ensuring that the user’s activities or advertisements comply with the conditions and regulations stated on the Iran Sources website.
2-5) Each user is responsible for the accuracy of their personal information and the content provided in the title and text of their advertisements. Iran Sources is a user-centric platform and, to the extent of its capabilities, reserves the right to verify the identity of users and monitor the content of advertisements. However, such monitoring does not absolve the user of their ultimate responsibility.
2-6) All content submitted by users on the Iran Sources website must be in English.
Article 3: Website Support
3-1) The company is committed to making every effort to rectify any defects or malfunctions in the Iran Sources system and provide technical support.
3-2) Users can contact the support center through the designated communication channels at any time, including holidays and non-working days. Users can also submit their inquiries through the ticketing system. Iran Sources is committed to providing the highest level of support services to the best of its ability.

Article 4: Advertising Policies
4-1) The prohibited items for advertising on Iran Sources are as follows:
– Publishing any advertisement that is outside the territory of Iran.
– Publishing any advertisement whose subject, content, or images are related to activities that are illegal within the territory of Iran.
– Publishing any advertisement whose subject, content, or images are included in the list of prohibited goods and activities.
– Repetitive publication of advertisements.
– Publishing any advertisement that contains irrelevant phrases to the subject of the advertisement.
– Publishing any advertisement that is obscene, vulgar, indecent, or contrary to the laws of the country.
– Publishing any advertisement that includes defamation, spreading falsehoods, or slander, which could violate the legal and moral rights of third parties or harm their property and assets.
– Publishing any advertisement that involves political, social, religious propaganda, or personal beliefs and encourages demonstrations and campaigns.
– Publishing any advertisement in an incorrect category.
– Publishing any advertisement with inappropriate, ambiguous, or misleading titles and content.
– Publishing any advertisement that disturbs social peace or contradicts the values of Iran Sources.
– Publishing any advertisement that violates the intellectual property rights of Iran Sources or third parties.
– Publishing any advertisement whose subject and content are temporarily restricted or prohibited, as determined by specialized authorities.
– Publishing any advertisement that incites hatred or disrespect towards ethnic, religious, or gender groups.
– Publishing any content that violates the rights of women, children, the elderly, foreign immigrants, or similar cases.
4-2) Listing of prohibited goods and activities:
Please note that providing examples is solely for users’ familiarity with some of the prohibited goods and activities. Therefore, the omission of any specific case in the examples does not negate the prohibition. All these examples are non-exclusive.
Prohibited goods and services include:
– Tobacco and narcotics, their accessories, as well as buying and selling alcoholic
beverages and all related production and consumption tools.
– Old and antiquated coins.
– Any goods or services related to luck testing, gambling, and illegal transactions.
– Cold weapons and non-sport personal defense items.
– Various types of firearms and weapons.
– Hazardous explosive materials.
– Metal detectors, gold detectors, treasure locators, mine detectors, relic finders,
pointer probes, radar detectors, and their components.
– Forbidden foods and beverages, drugs, or chemicals without the required health permits, expired or spoiled.
4-3) Policies for displaying photos in advertisements:
Users of Iran Sources are personally responsible for the photos in their advertisements. Users must comply with the laws and regulations of the country and the terms and conditions of Iran Sources while respecting and safeguarding the rights of third parties when publishing images. If users wish to use photos, they must use real, high-quality, and relevant images related to the advertised goods or services.
By adhering to any of the following provisions, Iran Sources reserves the right to prevent the publication of the desired image or take action to remove the advertisement.
Prohibited photo practices include:
– Using a logo image (except in the employment and job-seeking category).
– Extremely small or low-quality images.
– Images unrelated to the offered goods or services.
– Images of other advertisements on Iran Sources.
– Screenshots and downloaded images or any image not directly taken by the
advertiser.
– Unreal and computer-generated 3D design images.
– Matte and edited images using software or having borders.
– Combining multiple photos into one (collage).
– Requiring image rotation.
– Prohibited images of goods and services.
– Images conflicting with societal norms or the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
– Using personal images of individuals in advertisements.
– Displaying prices, contact numbers, emails, website addresses in the image.
Article 5: Guarantee of Enforcement for Misuse of Iran Sources Website
5-1) Iran Sources reserves the right to delete any advertisement or requests that is in violation of its terms and conditions.
5-2) Iran Sources reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or block the user account of an individual who does not comply with the conditions and regulations stated in this document, in order to enhance user security at its own discretion.
5-3) Iran Sources users can assist Iran Sources in identifying any issues or inappropriate content through reporting problems or contacting support. With the cooperation of users, Iran Sources takes necessary technical and legal measures to reduce potential risks and improve the quality of service.
5-4) Iran Sources will make decisions regarding the refund or non-refund of fees for advertisements that have been deleted due to non-compliance with the above conditions, based on the assessment of the conditions of those advertisements. The result will be communicated to Iran Sources users accordingly.
5-5) Misuse of the Iran Sources website through any means, the use of any malicious and spyware programs, data scraping, disruption of services, any destructive methods to access the site’s information and contents, including contact numbers, images, and advertisement descriptions, through any system or network is prohibited. In case such activities are detected, Iran Sources reserves the right to pursue legal actions. Additionally, Iran Sources may restrict or block access to the Iran Sources website for non-compliant users at its own discretion.
Article 6: Fees and Services
The usage of Iran Sources services, including product advertisement registration, access to buyer lists, and the use of Iran Sources messaging system, is free for the first month. It is understood that after this period, a subscription fee is required for continued use of Iran Sources services. Additionally, in all categories, the use of premium subscription services on Iran Sources requires payment of fees.
In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Law and the immediate activation of Iran Sources premium subscription services, cancellation of the subscription and refund are not possible. Each seller user has a wallet embedded in their personal profile, allowing them to make domestic payments within the system at any time of the day.
Article 7: Rights and Responsibilities of Iran Sources
7-1) In accordance with Article 1, Clause “b” of the Guidelines for Collecting and Admissible Electronic Evidence, approved in 1393, Iran Sources grants its users the space created by its computer, telecommunication, and communication systems to store, publish, distribute, or process computer data for internal or international networks or any other purpose. Iran Sources provides a space within its computer system for users to register their advertisements, which are then reviewed, approved, published, edited, or deleted by Iran Sources.
7-2) By participating on the Iran Sources website, users agree to Iran Sources’ non-liability for the actions of other users. Iran Sources recommends that users always refer to the secure buying guide on the Iran Sources website before engaging in any buying or selling activities.
7-3) All content of advertisements, including subject matter, descriptions, links, etc., is provided by users. Therefore, Iran Sources holds no responsibility for guaranteeing the quality, security, price, or any other aspects. Users should exercise caution in all their transactions. Posting an advertisement on Iran Sources does not imply any responsibility or guarantee of the accuracy, security, or validity of the information provided in that advertisement by Iran Sources. Ultimately, the parties involved in any transaction are responsible, and they have no right to recourse to Iran Sources regarding these matters.
7-4) Iran Sources is not responsible for any potential issues related to the use of online payment gateways.
7-5) Iran Sources shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from user interactions with each other, even if the damages are foreseeable.
7-6) Iran Sources bears no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, integrity, or authenticity of the information published by users. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information lies with the user who publishes the advertisement. Users who intend to engage in transactions or any form of communication with the advertiser must personally evaluate the content of the advertisement and act solely at their own risk, obtaining the necessary information. Therefore, they have no right to recourse to Iran Sources regarding these matters.
7-7) Iran Sources holds no responsibility for any physical, mental, or psychological damages or loss of life resulting from advertisements or negligent behavior of users.
7-8) Iran Sources is not responsible for any fraudulent activities or deceptive behaviors of users.
7-9) Iran Sources bears no responsibility for any business losses, such as loss of profit, income, production, predicted savings, business, contracts, or trade opportunities.
7-10) Iran Sources is not liable for any potential hacking or interruption of the website, temporary disruption of services due to technical or internet outages, loss of user records and information, or any damages incurred by users as a result of the events mentioned in this article. This clause does not apply to reasonable and customary actions taken by Iran Sources to protect user rights and includes unpredictable events and force majeure beyond the control of Iran Sources.
7-11) Users who provide any information related to Iran Sources to individuals or legal entities other than Iran Sources, such as mobile phone numbers or verification codes sent by Iran Sources, are solely responsible for their actions, and Iran Sources bears no responsibility for these actions and their consequences.
7-12) The user of Iran Sources acknowledges that any violation of Iran Sources’ policies or any destructive or unlawful behavior in posting advertisements or other actions may damage the reputation of Iran Sources, and Iran Sources reserves the right to pursue legal actions in such cases. Additionally, in such cases, Iran Sources has no responsibility for refunding the advertisement fee, and the non-refundable fee will serve as compensation for damages.
7-13) By publishing any advertisement on the Iran Sources website, the user transfers all copyright and intellectual property rights related to the advertisement to Iran Sources.
7-14) Purchased subscriptions on Iran Sources are personal and non-transferable. Therefore, if the owner of the subscription is found to have transferred it to others, Iran Sources reserves the right to remove the subscription, block the owner’s access, retain the subscription fee, and not refund it as compensation.
7-15) The user of Iran Sources acknowledges that they will use Iran Sources solely for commercial and economic purposes. Any activities contrary to this purpose, including but not limited to political or social objectives, are prohibited on Iran Sources. If prohibited advertisements are detected, Iran Sources has the right to suspend or block the user, retain the advertising fee, and not refund it as compensation.

8-1) General Provisions
8-1-1. The principle of privacy protection defines the rules of conduct for Iran Sources website regarding the lawful use, collection, storage, and protection framework of users’ personal information.

– Prevention of fraud, harassment, and other illicit activities.
– Enhancement of user experience.
– Other lawful and legitimate purposes determined by Iran Sources.
8-4) Maintenance and Protection of User Data:
8-4-1. In accordance with Article 5 of the Electronic Evidence Gathering and Acceptance Regulation, Iran Sources is obligated to retain users’ information for a minimum of six months after the termination of their subscription. Stored content and traffic data resulting from changes will be preserved for at least fifteen days.
8-4-2. To comply with the laws and regulations of the country, Iran Sources may only provide the information specified in this document to relevant authorities upon their valid request.
8-4-3. Iran Sources makes every effort to protect and preserve users’ personal data. However, in the event of unforeseen incidents or disruptions in the country’s internet infrastructure beyond Iran Sources’ control, it assumes no responsibility for the loss or compromise of user data.
8-5) Chat Policies:
The Iran Sources chat feature is a public communication space provided to facilitate interactions and transactions between users. Utilizing the Iran Sources chat implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
8-5-1. Conversations between sellers and buyers in the Iran Sources chat should be relevant to buying and selling advertisements and the provision and receipt of related goods and services. Using the Iran Sources chat for other purposes, including private communications and political or social matters, is not permitted.
8-5-2. The Iran Sources chat should be solely used for transactional purposes. To create a safe environment and prevent misuse, harassment, and fraud, Iran Sources may monitor conversations through machine or human systems if necessary.

Sending inappropriate or irrelevant messages and content, using disrespectful language, engaging in any form of advertising, providing goods and services that violate the terms and laws of the country and Iran Sources, sending bulk messages, or sharing links to other websites will be carefully reviewed upon user reports. According to the terms and conditions of Iran Sources, these actions can lead to the suspension or permanent blocking of the offending user’s account.
8-5-4. Iran Sources users are committed to complying with all laws and regulations of the country within the chat environment. They agree to refrain from any form of harassment, defamation, spreading false information, and other criminal activities within Iran Sources. In case of violations, users themselves are personally responsible, and Iran Sources reserves the right to pursue criminal prosecution or seek compensation for damages. In such cases, Iran Sources may take necessary actions, including the suspension or permanent blocking of the offending user’s account. Users who have been harmed due to the violation of these terms have agreed to pursue the matter solely against the offending user and have no claims against Iran Sources. If legal and judicial authorities’ approach Iran Sources regarding these matters, Iran Sources will provide all necessary information. If Iran Sources incurs any expenses related to the investigations conducted by the relevant authorities, it has the right to seek reimbursement from the offending user.
Article 9 – Policies Regarding Fraud and Harassment
While Iran Sources does not take responsibility for verifying the accuracy of transactions, users must verify the identity of the contracting party and ensure the security and validity of the contract terms during the transaction process. However, Iran Sources reserves the right to pursue necessary actions in case of violations. Iran Sources has taken measures to reduce the occurrence of fraud, and it will promptly block users who intend to engage in criminal activities. Iran Sources will also report such cases to the relevant judicial authorities. Additionally, Iran Sources will take necessary actions to prevent harassment and promptly inform the appropriate authorities. Users have until the end of that day to submit their desired modifications or confirm the banner design. It should be noted that modifications cannot be applied after the designated deadline, and the responsibility lies with the user. Failure to receive a confirmation response by the specified deadline will be considered as confirmation, and the banner will be prepared for display on the website. In order to maintain honesty in advertising and respect the rights of buyers, we refrain from mentioning qualities such as “best,” “better,” “cheapest,” “highest quality,” “finest,” “largest,” “first,” “most diverse,” and other similar attributes. The selection of advertising slogans, images, and banner style is the responsibility of the Iran Sources marketing team, done in consultation with users. However, the final decision on the banner’s version rests with the Iran Sources marketing team, and the advertiser does not have the absolute right to request changes after the final decision has been made. Placing the website of the brand in the banner is possible if the website is in Persian or bilingual. We apologize for the inclusion of links to foreign language websites in the banner information section.
It is prohibited to advertise unauthorized products or services as stated in clauses 2-4 of this document.
Article 11 – Other Information
The content of this document is not permanent and may change according to conditions and circumstances. Continued use by the user signifies acceptance of the new content. If the user does not wish to continue using the services, they can terminate their usage by disagreeing with the new terms.
